They had every right to be upset. My apologies to all that I doubt when I read their complaints. We I moved in Dec 07, I thought okay well here I am with my husband and 4 kids. I have been so depressed I thinking about taking medication. We didn't have heat for the entire winter. It was so cold in the apartment that you could see your breath and my family had to sleep together for heat in one room. They took out the ceiling and wall to put in a "New Furnance" (NOT!) Now here it is Spring with Summer temps 95 plus and I we have no air conditioner in the apartment because there is now something wrong with the "New Furnance". We have been waiting now since early May 07. I got fed up and decided to break my lease. I would rather it to go on my credit and I explain why I moved then to stay here were my children who get constantly getting sick because of the bad quality of air in the apartment and having 2 kids with breathing problems make life alittle hard. When it rains the flooring under the rug is so bad that we get a gaint wet spot of water in front of the bathroom and by the bedroom windows. The apartment now smells like mold and I have messed up so many shoes and clothing cleaning with bleach. Please don't take these complaints you reading lightly...like I did. Springhill Lake Management may look like it is together but this AIMCO property is for the birds. You have been officially warned, if you don't believe the many complaining reviews. Please contact The Greenbelt Police Department for a crime area report for Springhill. It's public record.

Thanks for being honest. You will have saved someone a lot of time and disappointment. Aimco is the worst management company out there. I will know longer refer to SHL in my blogs because the true culprit is Aimco and if your shopping for an apartment complex avoid them.
