Springhill Lake has turned into a disaster and it doesnt even seem as though the managment company (Aimco) even cares. Everyone that lives here is right, mice, fires, crime and oh, don't forget air conditioning that never works!
It was not this way 10-15 years ago! (No, I have not been living here that long but used to back then as well and thought it was ok to move here again).

It's unfortunate isn't it! Why they love to turn off the air conditioning, and claim it's not working I will never know. They always turn off the water during the day as well. These two things have been a problem at SHL for several years. If you live here get used to it.
