I have lived out here for about 3 yrs. and I am praying for God to bless me to be able to move on. Of course the economy is way off track and this place is one of the cheaper but I see now that you get what you pay for. I had a mice issue and it took them weeks and weeks and weeks to even respond to my request to fix the problem. They did not respond until the City got involved. These people bought this place without knowing what they were getting into. They saw a gold mine but did not consider what it would take to run it. We pay for trash pick up but the trash containers are always embarrasingly overflowing. And to add insult to injury, they are right in the front for guests to see when they enter our areas, how stupid. They took the doors down from some of the buildings and the lil rug rats, destructive (some kids)wrote on the walls immediately after and they do nothing about it. They don't care who they have living in these apartments, as long as they're getting rent money. My car was scratched and dented (severely) and they did not attempt to do anything about it but they don't hesitate to send me a note in the mail when I don't pay my utilities with my rent. They have gone to using this new utility company and they are charging for gas usage now. I did not sign up for this!!!! IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY MADE THE MISTAKE, DO NOT MOVE OUT HERE!!!! IT IS A HELL HOLE AND MANAGEMENT, IN MY OPINION, DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY MAY CLAIM TO, BUT THEY DON'T. And I think the new management is sexist or something. I heard the one that lives in NJ (yes, they say he drives back and forth EVERY single day)say that he didnt care about a woman's complaint. He was telling another lady (tenant) that a lady came in and said her a/c was not working and he told her, "get a fan"! WHAT'!!!! What kind of mess is that'!!!!! And what is that to tell a paying tenant''' Is that legal'! The laundry rooms are horrible! The washers are smaller than the portable units, then they only have 2 in each bldg. (11-12 apartments) and some people use them to do their drugs and nothing is done to prevent that from happening. They claim to need to know exactly who it is but how do you report someone smoking weed in your bldg. that is from another bldg. or that doesn't even live in the complex at all' Stupid!

OH MY GOD YOU COULDN'T HAVE SAID IT BETTER!!!!!!!!!! WHEN I SAY DON'T DO IT TAKE HEED YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!! THIS IS A VERY TRASHY APARTMENT COMPLEX TO LIVE IN. MANAGEMENT IS FULL OF @#%^! MAINTENANCE IS A JOKE FOR ALMOST A MONTH THE HEAT WAS BEYOND TORCHURE IN MY APARTMENT I GUESS THE CITY HAD TO STEP IN BECAUSE THEY FINALLY FIXED IT. I'M ON THE FIRST FLOOR MY WINDOW LEAKS WHEN IT RAINS I REPORTED IT NUMEROUS TIMES DO YOU THINK THEY EVER CAME OUT TO FIX IT. LETS SEE ROACHES MICE YOU NAME IT IT'S THERE. SOMETIMES I HEAR SOMETHING IN THE WALLS MOVING AT NIGHT. IT COULD BE RATS. MOLD GROWING ON THE TILE IN THE BATHROOM SHOWER. PEOPLE HANGING OUT SMOKING WEED THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. WHEREVER THERE IS CONSTANT POLICE PATROL THAT SHOULD BE A RED FLAG WARNING SIGN TO YOU TO SAY I WILL PASS. BEFORE YOU WASTE YOUR TIME MONEY LOOK ELSEWHERE IT ISNT EVEN WORTH IT. I have a lawsuitt against them now for the poor management skills that they have for one they offer to help tenants who are having money trouble but still haven't done anything to help also they don't want to do their job, maintance rental office no one so I had to go and make a serious complaint against them i could not take it no more. I am still waiting on them to fix my unit but i am moving ASAP before the snow come. they are the worse complex i have ever stay at and I will not do it again!!!! Stay AWAY if you know whats good for you
