I JUST MOVED HERE 21/2 MONTHS AGO! ... Where in the Hell do I Start! The leasing office agents are an empty promise from the beginning.My leasing agent appeared to look and function like a Drug Addict! Their very smily and warm from the Beginning! She was very Inconsistent in the Process of my application. She never came to work, was sketchy and absent most of the time and when she was there she was just LOST. ultimately another Agent fulfilled the Mission. I moved in with No previous Walk through! I had a list of issues for correction since they had only three days to work in my place and therefore rushed. My kitchen area is the main concern! Rotted cabinets and rotted dishwasher - I've been keeping a running log of this constant battle to get maint. to come and address this issue. The Bldg. appearance inside and out is very unkept. I 've placed numerous calls to community relations and finally the took action. My calls included trash and food in the hallways. Drug findings... No well lit entrance to the bldg. ... OK - OMG Roaches ...NO MAAM! I can't deal with roaches and have been fighting them every since entry. They appear back every once in a while. No Rodents Spotted! Thank God! - *sigh* and My neighbors have been a constant battle every since with noise complaints that resulted in me calling the police out several times. THIS IS ALL IN TWO MONTHS!!!!! I have some ignorant and unconsidering neighbors and they KEEP ongoingly cause music/ noise problems into the middle to early hrs. of the night and morning! What was once my dream of living here has Vanished Completely!!! I failed constantly by the neighborhood dramas both internal and external! and the crime rate reports and fires! Which I just eye witnessed a fire ablaze this past weekend and was in horror to watch such a tradegy! I'm aware of the dangers both crime related and fire related as a NEW RESIDENT! It has discouraged Me tremendously! I'm ready to Move Already! The apts. are Old and outdated and this community is goin down in the dumps by the days. As a Single Hardworking Mother - I am baffled at the Uncompensation of comfort and safety here! Forget Convenience!!!! RUNNNNNNNNNN! :-0

It's unfortunate that you have had to deal with the reality that exist at these apartments. Yes, I to watched the flames on the news and knew it was the old Springhill Lake apts, even though they have a new name. Same old violence, noisy tenants, lazy maintenance, and incompetent office staff. Prayerfully, you will be able to move after your lease is completed.
