Let me start off by saying that I have lived in Springhill Lake/ Emperian Village off and on from high school to getting my own place since 2000. so when you take away my time staying with family to save up I would have lived there about 7 years.
I've read the staff reviews blaming the tenants and that is just an excuse. I paid my rent on time, I notified them of any suspious or possible harmful activity. I paid my rent on time. I reported small maintenance issues before it became worst. Botton line is that all they want to do is get paid. They don't higher proper staff to maintain a complex of its size. Thecustomer service of the staff in any department other than the leasing office is horrible. Don't try to call about getting anything resloved because they don't respond. Not to mention that no one every seems to have room in the voicemail, every at their desk, and the line ring busy sometimes for the entire business day. I've read the review of the staff member that blamed the situation on the tenants, but lets be serious. Tenants don't control water main, water heater, and air conditing outages. And when these things happen their way to take care of it is to just ignore the people living there. No updates, no making other arrangementsfor the families despite having no available water and/or hot water for days. Tenants don't half way repair broken pipes, flood damage, mold removal, air filters, and mice holes. Yes there are people who don't help make it a better place to live but people would have pride in their community/home if you didn't treat them like trash.

Well said! All I have to say is that this is absolutely the truth. I hope this site updates it's information to include the new name of the complex, Emperian Village; because it's truly the same old Springhill Lake Apts. with the same old problems. READERS DON'T MOVE HERE!
