I went to University Square seaching for an apartment for my family and I. When I got to the office you had to ring up to be let in. I thought it was great until I sat outside for twenty minutes waiting for somebody to pick up the phone to let me in. A resident in the building finally let me in. When I got to the office I told the receptionist that I was looking for a two bedroom for August. I am not fool I know they wouldn't have something this soon but I would still have liked to speak to an agent and recieved some detailed information aboutthe community. The receptionist just scoffed at me and made it seem like I was completely inconviencing her. She threw some floorplans at me. I stood there and asked if I could see an apartment to get an idea what the places looked like. She didn't even turn to look at me.. she just pointed in the direction of the model. I looked at it and it was very small. Especially for the price they were asking. When I tried to inquire about the neighborhood the receptionist didn't even respond. Well, I know she wasn't busy picking up the phones. I finally had enough and realized that if I couldn't even get help to find out about the community then it must be an awful place to live. They couldn't even spare a moment to tell me about the community that says something about the service they give. I did speak to a resident and they told me how poor the service was and the maintenance crew was awful. Well, University Square, this is one woman you aren't conning money out of.
