I live in a two-bedroom apartment and the apartment is very roomy and in good shape. I read the many complaints about the staff but I found them rather competent and never had any problems.
The main drawback is the noise. Try to get a top-floor apartment, it is worth the extra bucks. I am a good sleeper, but even with earplugs in I often wake up because the ceiling seems half an inch thick and the noist is extremely irritating. I know more stories from people sleeping in the living room etc. Be warned.
