I like the new manager

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2004
 
I experienced both bad and good experience.

The current manager is very nice and responsible and can get things done nice and efficiently.

It is funny to learn that the same stuff, who was very impatient when the previous manager was on duty,becomes nice and trustable to the tenants.
