All the previous reviews were pretty right, and it's gotten worse since those were posted, the management is incompetant, completely unprofessional and rude. As far as the quality of the apartments themselves, i guess it depends which one you get--it would take too long to explain all of the problems with mine, but the problem definitely is with the management and the main corperation. There has not been a maintenence manager for a year now--we have needed numerous important repairs over the year and a half we've lived here and not one was done in a timely fashion or in a complete or quality manner. And they have tried to raise ourrent over 200 dollars a month...oh, and they just replaced the water heaters a few days ago--with smaller ones, we now have no hot water. Also too long to go into, but the apt below us got investigated and the people got kicked out and the samething happened in the apt we live in now before we were here, so, there's more, but what I'm trying to say is i wouyld definitely not recommend this place. Ps, the only reason the rent isn't higher is because I'm a student and we argued with them for months about repairs and renewing the lease.I think the going rate for a two bedroom is over 1,000.
