While the neighborhood is safe and clean, and a park is nearby, everyone I know who has lived in University Square has had horrible problems with management. They misplace papers all the time, and you get three different answers to one question depending on who you talk to that day. Maintenance can sometimes take a while, but for the most part they are friendly.
