I've been here for a little more than a year and my overall experience has been great. I haven't had any issues with maintenance, the grounds are pretty well taken care of and it's very convenient to local shopping and the bus.
Having moved from Brittany Place (which was okay in 99 and verging on HELL in 2004), this place is a definite step up. It's a little pricey, but in this case you get what you pay for.
My only complaints are that there should be a little more visitor parking in the remote lots and that the windows are drafty. In the larger units where the master suite is furthest from the HVAC unit, it's often difficult to get the temperature right (the rest of the place will either be frozen or on fire by the time you get comfy back there). Again... small price to pay. I love my apartment.
I would definitely recommend this place!
