Is it worth it

This place needs to have a new management team. They do not listen to the residents. You put in request to do things and they don't get done until you hound them. You go to them with a problem and they don't get back to you. You have to call back 4 or 5 times.
The maintance budget needs to be increased big time. They tried to rent me an apartment with a different color patch in the carpet and a hole in the sliding glass door. It took 22 days to get the hole in the window fixed. The sender unit and blower motor on the furnace died. The management said that they would fix it in the fall of 05. We were still having cold weather and needing heat. Finally after much complaining they finally fixed the problem also they turn on my AC and left it run at 62 all day. Then they would not even offer to pay for the electric used because of their mistake. When I moved in I was told I would not get a water bill.WEll May 2,05 One came. The manager finally saw it my way and credited my account. Also how can they bill you with out a meter for your unit. The stove is old and needs to be replaced. Also for the price you are paying it would be nice to have a washer and dryer in your unit. The management will not replace smoke alarm batteries until they go bad. What ever happened to spring and fall like the fire dept sys. Also the grass contractor constantly showers your patio and car with grass clippings
