I lived there for 1 year and could not wait to get out. The management is intolerable, unresponsive and somewhat rude. There were many roaches and noisey neighbors. The heating unit broke and it took management nearly 2 months to fix it properly...I actually had to contact the city housing authorities and the main management office in order to get it fixed! It really is a shame b/c greenbelt is a nice area for this region.
