Horrible trash disposal system - Waste of time! but good apartments

My husband and I have lived here for about four years now. We haven't moved out of this place because the options in PG County aren't too many.
Good things:
-Beautiful area --lot of trees, good landscaping, very quiet if you are living in the "inner roads."
- The new staff is pretty friendly and try to sort out your problems in time.
- Spacious
- VEry very safe
-Friendly neighbours
-Beautiful lake nearby
Things that need improvement:
-#1 is the new trash disposal system they introduced. It requires one to dump their trash in a auto composter all the way to the end of one street. YOu have to lug the trash in your car since its pretty far (can't walk it up) and you end up with a stinky car!!! We have to throw trash every once a week sometimes twice so its a huge waste of time.
-Expensive!! We're paying 915$ for a one bedroom!!!!!!!!!!!!
- Old apartments, so something or the other keeps breaking down. Our AC breaks down once *every* summer. This time maintenance didn't come until one week. We were baked by the time they arrived! On the other hand, our leaking pipes were fixed within two days and the piping was changed in two days. AC leaks are common.
- Drafty windows --can't sit by the windows in winters.
