Don't even think about it

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
The aprtments are spacious and nice, the neighbours are quite mostly students. The lawns are well maintained and there is adequate parking. But that is about it. The rental staff are the worst you will ever find. Infact they somehow manage to recruit the most crabby 50 year old women who could easily pass of as messengers from hell. As long as things are fine in your apartment you should be happy. But one breakdown and you are in for a ride. Our AC kept breaking down in summer.Everytime it broke down the maintenance chaps would come by ( these guys are nice and could be your best friends in situations like this) and try to jump start the unit and admit that we needed a new one....but the management never gave us one. The staff at the rental office would not even listen to our problems patiently...is it too much to expect "A we understand..." in these circumstances. We are contemplating moving out after yet another breakdown which lasted more than 48 hours with the temperature inside rising to more than 90 degrees. The only advice the rental agency could give us was to go to a Mall...and we did that only to be told that the emergency maintenance people could not enter the house and hence could not fix it!!!! Wonderful ain't it. They sure have it figured out.
And then there was the fiasco with the trash but somebody has already posted about it.
If you have the option avoid this place like the plague.
