I can work with the trash and the maintenance people, but they do need to add trash bins back in each area. However, the biggest problem with this apartment complex is the staff. It is not the tenants fault that they are having a hard day at work or do not like their jobs. If it is that bad find another job. The staff needs to be a little more helpful, respectful, courteous and considerate. The tenants are paying to much money to be ignored and treated with no respect. The staff is defiantly giving Lerner Management a bad name. Other than that, the complex is quite, safe and nice and the tenants are nice and considerate. Compared to the other apartment complexes in the area this is one of the better ones. Roaches that can be controlled within ones apartment, if they continue to return then you may want to ask yourself why' It is expensive, but in this day and age what isn't'
