Lucky, I was treated bad before I moved in

I have been looking for places for a while, and had gotten used to great service from all the places; as you would expect from someone that is trying to rent to you. Well I tried this place, and the people did not even want to take the time to help. I got to do a walk through of the model, by myself. I was told a place would be ready on the 13, called several times, finially got ahold of Josh, the person who was helping me, NOT. He said he would check on my application and call right back, 3 days later still nothing. Called back to let the Mgmt know, and was kept on hold for 15 mintues by Josh, didn't even recogize my name. The bottom line, is if the staff is going to treat you that poorly before you move in, it could only be worse afterwards. Guess thats why they only have a 50% recommeneded rating. My reviews below are based on driving through the complex at night and on the weekend, which I highly recommend to get the full picture of the place. To follow up with an early post about trash bins, they must have got enough complaints, because they are back, nasty looking and overflowing but back.
