a nice enough place to live

it was a bit of a hassle moving in and getting all of the paperwork signed, and they forgot to get us to sign a lead pipes waiver, but for the most part, move-in was okay. there are no elevators, and the stairwells are rather narrow, so it can be a challenge getting furniture up to the 3rd floor.
we lived there for 2 years, and had no major problems. the air conditioning worked well, we were able to get fast dsl (1.5Mb/768K), and there were sufficient outlets for 3 computers in the house as well as an entertainment center with 3 or 4 game systems.
the power grid flickers off and on every now and then (so get a backup battery-powered alarm clock, or get in the habit of using your cell phone alarm clock as a backup), and the walls and floors are sort of crooked.
it's a good value for the money, and i would recommend it to my friends. k6tKKzmJrmATU2ap682S
