The management team is horrible. They are very very impatient and know nothing about your issue. It takes forever to get your thing fixed. I still have a thing that I found in This Feb. left unfixed. Now it's end of Oct.. I've given them 8 months, plenty of time, to do their things better. The apt. floor is paper-thin. If you have a very unconsiderable upstair neighbor. Prepare to suffer. Complaining about it to the management team' No go. They will tell you that they are not responsible for such things. You have to deal with it by yourself. I don't know how where they hide the electricity meter. You'll have no idea exactly how much electricity you've used. They hook up with pepco. In my first month here, I received a bill saying that my wife and I, two persons, used 800 KWH power! My Sept. bill is higher than Jul.' and Aug.'s, which are hotter and supposed to need more air-conditioning. They now ask you to pay your water bill. Ironically, there isn't a meter for each apt.. They charge you based on the reading of their master meter. So you got to pay for others, even if you use less water. Given all these, the rent is too high, even they stated that their rent is market price. Don't live here if you have an option.
