I have lived in these apartments for the past 8 months and have been very disappointed by them. The management sucks, we were told before we moved in that since we were on the first floor they would put in a free secuirty system. 8 months later and we still have not recieved it. We have called at least once a week for the past eight months and they keep saying that it is not their problem, it is the security system companys problem. The apartment sizes are nice though for the price, but horrible insulation. First floor is the worst place to live esp. with noisy neighbors above. The police have been called at like 4 times in the past two months for the neighbors in the building, but University Square Management does not seem to care about this. I would not advise living here
