Good environment but poor management in leasing office

Good location and environment. But rude attitude from leasing office staffs towards the residents, plus the manager who is not capable or not willing to handle these situations. Limited repair capability for broken amenity, (air condition unit, heater, ...etc.) and extra long waiting periods for those.

Thanks for the info, we considered renting here, but considered the prices to be too outrageous for the rest of Greenbelt.
