I've been a resident at University Square for a few years, and i've just read the comments of other residents, and I find it amusing that these people are complaining so much. Why not move' Buy a house, then see how much responsiblity it is to 'manage' it. I find the staff to be friendly, and professional. There have been a few staff changes throughout the years that I have been here, and where it hasn't always been good, it has defiantly gotten better. The staff we currently have is by far the best i've seen since being here.
As far as Maintenance, there has been a few times where they did not come out right away, but they do show up within a few days, this complex is a very big complex, you must remember that when making a request. I can say that when there has been an emergency, they showed up shortly after I placed the call, and they have always been pleasant when coming to my apartment.
The Community is quiet, and close to everything, including major beltways.
The apartments are very spacious and in decent condition considering that they were built over 30 years ago.
I would recommend that people see for themselves instead of basing their opinions on others, after all there is two sides to every story.
