More Good Than Bad

Im not sure why everyone is so angry at University Square. I liked living there. Its in a nice area and the apartments looked recently renovated. I never saw a single bug or mouse either, which can be a problem in other complexes.
There are, however, three things I did not like:
1. The walls are very thin, and you can hear a lot of things you may not want to hear...even if your neighbors are speaking in a normal voice. You can also hear when the people above you are walking, even if they are not stomping. My neighbors were good ones, but I can see that if they had been noisy, it would have been a problem.
2. The rental office is terrible! They are confused and never really know what they are supposed to be doing. The whole time I lived there, they never programmed the controlled entry system for my apartment so that I could buzz people in, even though I must have called ten times.
3. The maintenance guys dont really seem to know how to do anything but plunge the toilet and light the pilots. God help you if something remotely serious needs to be done in your apartment.
All in all, I liked living there. It was very diverse, which I like, and I always got compliments on how nice the apartment was. I also liked how the inside of the buildings and the parking lots are well-lit at all times, which is good because I lived there as a single woman. As long as I limited my dealings with the rental office to once a month, it was cool.
