I've lived in U Square for 18 months and I have yet to be satisfied with the office staff. While the unit itself is nice, the management is horrible. They have yet to put my phone number into the controled entry box. They nearly overcharged me when they tried to sneak an extra $50 a month into my lease, and they are sometimes unresponsive during the weekends. It seems like you're dealing with a new person everyday in that office.

That being said, the units themselves are great for the price. You have your roaches, but if you keep clean and exterminate on a regular basis, they stay aware. They stay warm and cool, and it's good-looking.

Be warned - there are a lot of international students there, and they are not friendly. They do not exchange pleasantries and complain a lot. There's nothing wrong in terms of ethnicity, it's just that they are only social within their race. It's too bad, because they seem like good people.
