Nice Apartment with Nasty attitude management

I am a residence for University Square apartment; the complex is nice and it is in a safe diverse area, with a reasonable price.
There are 2 or 3 ladies working for the leasing office, the have really nasty, unprofessional attitude, if the management replaced to a new staff; this apartment complex would be perfect.

Write a complaint to the coorporate office. If we all send in complaints and work together maybe we can do something about the horrible staff. I mean, even if they think the customers are coming off as nasty toward them, it doesn't matter. They should always be giving great customer service and restrain their attitudes, or else don't work in a customer service related field.
