great apartment unwilling lazy staff and maintenance people

if you want a nice size apartment, this is the place for you, but the staff sucks royally... the mainenance will walk allover you carpet in filthy boots, not to mention being intoxicated. the officestaff does not care about anthing but rent. tjey are not willing to work with anyone. you have to badger them to get maintenance work done. MOST OF ALL THEY BOAST OF A FITNESS CENTER THAT HAS NOT WORKED SINCE I HAVE MOVED HERE IN 2003. OHH YEAH THE SAME MANAGEMENT HAS OWNED THIS PLACE SINCE 1967, BUT I GUESS HE HAS MOVED ON TO BIGGER AND BETTER THINGS LIKE OWNING THE WASHINTON NATIONALS.. NO TIME FOR THIS COMPLEXXX!!!
