Nice location but Beware of administration

I lived in the apartment over 2 years, and I had always been scary about the management. They are just making business without being friendly for any reason. I was paying more than a $1000 bucks for one bedroom apartment, while my friends were paying less than 1000 for one bedroom den. The management does not seem to care about how do you feel about this and doesn't care if you would move out. And I was scared of how much they were going to charge me when I moved out.
BUGS are major problems in our apartment(though we were in first floor, not the ground) for the whole period of my stay and I tried to seal the 'holes' every nook and corner and it seemed to work considerably well. The pest control was not reliable at all and I dont know why and how. Still every now and then a BIG roach would appear after I wake up in the morning and I HATED killing it!
The building construction seemed to be attractive when we first moved in. But as time went on, we realized where the faults are. The sealing is poor. Thin walls and floors (that you can hear the rhythm of your neighbor's talk and music in the night!)
The plus of this apartment complex is the location. We could simply walk down the street to the super market, library and nursery school. No need of a second car to take your toddler to pre-school.

You are absolutely right! I tried to move in and the crap sitting at the front desk is the worst of worst! She is good for nothing! you mean ROACHES in the apartment??
