Not too bad - Strictly OK for what you pay

Let's start with the GOOD:
1. Huge and Very Spacious apartments. Kitchen may seem overly and unnecessarily huge
though.
2. Conveniently close to major interstates and state highways, grocery stores, airports.
3. Roach infestation can be controlled if the sink and the apartment in general is kept clean.
All right, thats about the positives.
Time for the BAD:
1. Management is a loadful of #*!@. Unresponsive, and unbothered by anything.
2. Hot water in my apartment stops almost every alternate day. Just this past week I have had to use cold water 3 times and had to call emergency maintenance.
3. The apartments are from the 70's and so the water bill is split between all residents of the building. The reason being they cannot install meters in every apartment because the structure is inconducive to changes.
4. Charge ridiculous when you vacate the apartment. Every small thing that is conveniently ignored dwhen you move-in is picked up at vacating.
The only reason I am recommending this place is because they are spacious and if you have to go to the University of MD like I had to, then it is very convenient. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq

All the residents here should write a complaint about the staff. I have never seen such a group of unprofessional staff members. Even if they think the customers are coming off as nasty toward them (that speaks for itself why the customers are upset), it doesn't matter. They should always be giving great customer service and restrain their attitudes, or else don't work in a customer service related field.
