Bugs won't leave

I woke up last night with a roah on my face. My two year-old had a dead carcass of a baby roach on her face. I have worked during my nine months here to remove the bugs--which admittedly i may have brought with me--and finally wanted to get out of the lease. But the apartment mgr. said that unless i was 'infested,' i could not leave. So, on to the 7th treatment, me pulling otu all the stuff from the cabinets, and the office's suggestion that I was not doing my part. apparently, other apt's are more infested, and i just have to live with my new roach friends.
also, drywall peeling off big time, but maintenance, like with the bugs, feels it's not enough to bother with!

We had a similar experience with termites. I wouldn't recommend living there to anyone.
