ive lived here for 2 years my lease is up in march. YAAY! the area is a good area to live in.. seeing that X amount if block u the road is springhill lake.. its like a 360 in the kind of people that live here. never had any problems with the staff.. but the roaches are the worst here.. never can seem to get rid of them. i mean they are everywhere. when i move out n march i really cant take ----.. b/c im scared that there may be eggs in my furniture. The bugs arent just in the kitchen there in the bathroom bed room livingrooms and even have seen them in my childs toy box. its a really bad problem. Also if you do choose to live here, make sure you do not live in a building the a police officer. They walk around like the own the building. within the 1st week i was here the officer that lives in my building come knocking on my door b/c he siad my radio was loud. So i turned it down. but the next day the person who lives next to me had there even louder.. i didnt hear the officer going over there.. So i just took it up 2 him wanted to know who lived here.. but that wassnt the 1st nor last time he came knocking on my door.. i should knock on his.. b/c i hear him everynight walking around. But needless to say if u dont mind the BUGS!!!! then this would be a good place for you

bug were why we moved out after 4 years there. Management said"roches, this is the first time I have heard about them" we battled them the entire 4 years we were there in 120 westway. We only saw one roach after we moved, so if you treak your stuff before you move out, you may be okay! we were. tyr Charlestown North, we love it.
