I just had to get on the computer and let others know what they are getting into. These apartments are incredibly infested with roaches! There wasn't a roach in sight when I first moved in, but I should have known something was wrong when I smelled a strong aroma of bug spray. My upstairs neighbor confirmed that he has roaches as well. The exterminator came but the baby roaches were still everywhere. I spend a lot of my evenings killing roaches. Gross!

The walls are thin! I don't need an alarm clock and I might as well be married to my upstairs neighbor's husband because I hear him get out of bed each morning and turn on the shower. I am awakened every morning - 7 days a week. I hear a child running incessantly and this is especially bad on the weekends when all I want to do is sleep in. I can hear every footstep my neighbors make above me. I hear their voices and I'm sure they can hear me too.

The response to maintenance requests is slow if at all. I waited several days for a request(don't want to say for what because I don't want to be identified) and had to call back just to get them to come. This is a nice community and a spacious apartment and may be one of the cheapest around, but the other issues make it not worth it. I wish I had seen some comments like these before I decided to move here. I can't see how I can renew a lease and potentially have my rent go up for this kind of experience.

That is so funny reading this review I feel the same way. I am up now at 12:48 in the morning listening to my upstairs neighbor tv and it sounds like they are wrestling or a little kid is playing around. I regret moving here. I should have paid the extra money and moved to Hanover Apartments they are $1300. Like they say you get what you pay for, but how I feel is I do not care it I am paying $500 for rent I pay my hard earned money and I should not have to deal with the mess. And yes the roaches are another issue. I did not have roaches in my other 3 apartment's and I should not have them here. I do not pay my rent to shelter roaches too. When I moved in my apartment they did not do what they was suppose to do in cleaning up my apartment and getting it ready for move in. I wish they did a 30 day trial for your lease once you sign it. I am so sick of this place and it has not even been a week since I moved in.
