I got sucked into a two-year lease at this god forsaken hell hole. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. The heating and air conditioning units are very old and loud, and dont work 90% of the time. Also, this place is infested with bed bugs and roaches. I spent only about 20% of my time at this apartment. Most of the time I was at my boyfriend's place because the conditions were just so horrendous at University Square. The rental office people are complete idiots.

Ew. How did you get bed bugs? Did you bring them? My girlfriend is an exterminator and I know for a fact that one way that you get them is by like getting furniture from the dumpsters. Anyway my girl and I actually visited the university square and the office seemed pretty nice (i actually spoke to three of the people at my visit). We would like to move in June. Did they ever exterminate your apartment? How did you get a two year lease they told me they only do one year lease terms at the most.

@EW...Please for GOD's sake don't move to university square. The apartment complex sucks and so does the management. The people at the rental office are nice (or they act to be nice) to you when you go there to sign the lease. But once you sign it and get stuck, they treat you like their slaves.
