Since last 3-4 yrs I have been living here.
Apartments' location is nice & convenient.

Problems are enormous though. Its been a particularly bad experience dealing with leasing office.

Other then the property manager no one knows the rules, they make the rules as they go & finally its you who have to suffer.

They have lost so many of our checks. You find out 2-3 months later with nearly a 5% interest rate per month. They refuse to accept their own receipt & blame you back.

Leasing office staff is very rude & unapologetic. Absolutely ridiculous people. I wish this review had a possibility of -ve staff rating.

Walls are paper thin. You can hear talks across the rooms with closed doors. You can easily locate people living in the apartment above you, when they walk. Be it day time or night, footsteps are loud & clear.

What ever these people r saying is absolutely correct....I never see such Lazy leasing staff.

This is ridicolous. If the staff is so bad Why do you continue to live there? Im just wondering because I actually am thinking about renting there

I agree with the stroy completely. They lost our rent cheque too, and then told us that we never paid. When we showed them the reciept, they said we don't know who gave this to you. They forced us to submit a money order instead along with the late fee, and we did (we had no option). After few days we found out that they tried to encash the cheque, but they couldn't because we stopped the payemnt on that. When we checked with them they refused to acknowledge it first and later said who asked you to deposit the money order. The ladies who work there have no idea about anything. I don't think they are even qualified to do the job. And to top it, they are so rude and harsh. They start shouting at you even if it's their mistake. They are completely indecent (specially a lady called Keyona) in their public dealings. I wish I could move out but I am stuck with a year's lease.
