University Square 45% Recommended May 08 2008: I hate these apartments! The staff is rude, ghetto, and extremely unprofessional. When we first moved in last year, we asked if the carpet could be changed and they told us no. It's unsanitary to keep sharing carpet. Recent rent increases have been huge. The renovations by the new management are cheap and superficial. For one the toilet is not all the way boltted to the floor.
