This was a nice place to live in 2000. Now their are a lot of kids just hanging around, playing in the hallways, knocking on people doors and running and leaving a lot of trash in the halls. Parking absolutely sucks. The maintenance staff is very nice and quick to fix things. The trash truck will drop the dumpster on the parking lot and the dumpsters will roll right into your car or block your car in. this is an ongoing problem that has not been addressed. There has been a lot of burglaries latley. Crime rate has risen. One tentant was robbed getting out his car, another was robbed in the laundry room. The maintenance man truck was bombed with eggs for doing his job, another tenant wheels were stolen off her car and the car was set on crates. As for the property Manger she's ok! This is not a good place to live if you want to feel safe, have a peice of mind and a somewhat quite environment
