I've lived her for two years now, i cant say its been horrible since there is no perfect apartment- there were rats and one point, but maintenance came in dropped some poison and off they went, when the neighbors upstairs moved out - the roaches moved downstairs not a lot, but one too many, again the mgmt came and exterminated and i havn't seen one since. don't leave any juice or sweets open anywhere in your house especially during the spring months , because the ants find their way in the apartment to wherever that item is sitting- they crawl from outside in a straight line through the hallway under the door in to your apartment, but as soon as you clean it up there gone. From this you can see its all in how you keep your place- if you keep it clean then no problem but if your dirty then this is not the place for you. there is not enough parking- and my door bell hasn't worked since i been here, the ac doesn't get as cool as it should and maintenance takes to long to come fix stuff. but my lease is up next month and i"m probably going to move. but for the price you get a big sunny apartment and some exotic bugs here and there , you know those ones with all the legs.
