Nice place to live

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
* Professional and nice leasing office staff
* Super prompt maintenance (My bath-tub was clogged on Sunday and it was fixed within 1 hour)
* Spacious
* Reasonable rental price
* No parking problem
* Deposit was promptly refunded (with interests)
* Quiet, sometimes too quiet (I think, I was the only person who watched TV after 10:00 PM...I even considered to use head-phone set for watching TV after 11:00PM)
Now, I am in Florida and whenever I have to talk with my current leasing office person here, she is somewhat rude...I really miss my previous leasing office staff..
