I have lived in Clarke Manor for only 4 months now and this place sinks you pay alot of money to live next to drug dealers and thugs. Since i have been living at clarke manor we have two police acions in my building alone. The agents on duty are insensitive and they give you tonnes of attitude when file a complaint. As for the company that runs Clarke Manor Mayland Managetment Company of Hanover do not waste your time calling them for assistance they are just as bad the agents on site.No customer service what so ever and the reason they do not give good customer service is because as i found later out most of the people there are on section 8. Do yourself a favor keep looking! Clarke manor is section 8, drug dealer, thug filled sink hole
