The place is run down and managed like a housing project. A/c doesnt work and it is infested with rodents. The office staff is on edge and ready to confront you in a confrontational manner if you "get out of line." ----- is not as nice as she puts on and is frankly quite nasty if she feels justified in expressing herself.

WOW thats a nice way explaining ----- but --------- if you are really serious About this complex then talking to --------- you will have a more enjoyable time. ----- on the other hand is Condesending, fececious, and very sarcastic... she terrorized me and my girlfriend at the time. If you let her she will get in your business.
