I would recommend CM in a heartbeat! It's close to my job, it's a safe area to walk my pet. When I have a problem, I call and ----- and/or ------ are always professionally pleasant. I once saw ------ on the parking lot on a Saturday. We exchanged hello's and I went on to complain about an issue the apartment had. I can't remember what it was, but I apologized to her for stopping her instead of taking my issue to the office. ------ said to me, "I'll be glad to help because I am still on the clock". How awesome is that! I have not been in an apartment environment in over 20 years, but I will tell anyone who will listen Clarke Manor makes it worthwhile. My previous landlords would never almost immediately address my concerns the way CM does. The rooms are spacious and you cannot lose with the balcony's.
