There are alot of children here which makes it very noisy also the walls are paper thin really I could have a conversation with my neighbor through the walls without yelling, I am moving to another unit in a couple of weeks hopefully this one will be better. Also if your neighbor has roaches then you
Definitely will. The staff at the office is very unprofessional and unorganized. Pest control came out and the roaches were back within a week and I am a very clean person. If you do move here try to get an end unit or one on Carmine or Oaklawn Dr. stay away from the Beechwood ave!!!! I feel like I live in the projects!!!

YOU ARE SO RIGHT ABOUT FOREST HEIGHTS.GHETTO,THIN PAPER WALLS,SECTION 8 THEN TOOK OVER,NOW IT'S CALLED GWYNNBROKKE.THR RENT HAS INCRESE 200$ YEAH THEY ARE PUTTING WASHER &DRYER,REFRIDE,BUT IF U BEEN LIVIN THERE U SHOULD ALREADY HAVE THAT STUFF.GET OUT WHILE THER IS A MOMTH 2 MONTH LEASE!O YEAH U HAVE TO PAY WATER BILL NOW!
