I live in Forest Heights-I mean um Gwynbrook Townhomes and I am happy to say that I've never had a problem with roaches or mice. I live on an end unit and my nieghbor is very clean. I do have a problem with the children (ther are a lot of them) and there are also drug dealers around here. We have new owners now and they are suppossed to be changing everything. Im moving anyway because the drug dealers are still here and the kids aren't going anywhere either. Overall its cool, once they complete the upgrades the houses are going to look very nice but the price is too steep for a place that opens up to your kitchen and not your bathroom. Oh yeah, if you move into a townhouse that's not upgraded make sure everything is fixed correctly. I had some spackling problems and I still can't hang my own toilet paper holder on my bathroom wall.
