Do not move in, let me tell you a story about my stay at this community. When I first moved in they got me mixed up with someone else and rented out my apt to someone else. So I had to wait and argue with the secretary and property manager in order to move in. The next thing, there were roaches and bugs all over the house and when I would call maitenance they would say they would send someone out and never did. Moving on, the townhouse itself is poorly made, you can hear your neighbors converstion thru the walls. Also no carpet, flooring was made of very cheap linoleum flooring, no bathroom cabinets, no linen closet, no fridge furnished upon move in and the stove is very little. The rental office lost my key that they had of my townhouse and I had to give them a spare. The staff in the office are very unprofessional and uninviting. Also when the new owners came in and took over, it got a little better, but the rent went up and they informed us that we had to pay for trash disposal and water, ridiculous! When I call the rental office for emergency issues, they would take 3 and 4 days to fix my problem. Overall my expreince with the community has been very poor and I would not recommend it to a dog! Please if you can take this reveiw and use it to make a decision between this community and somewhere else. Please pick the somewhere else.
