I moved into one of the townhomes here in June 2009 and so far I must say I am impressed with the quality of life here. The appliances are relatively new and the grounds are well landscaped. Whatever issues I had when I moved in, when I called the rental office they always sent someone from the maintenance crew out who always showed up the same day and most of the time within the hour to fix things. This is a HUGE difference from the previous apartment complex that I moved from where maintenance showed up 2 - 3 days later or after a few more phone calls to the rental office. As I understand it the reason for all these good things is that the complex was purchased recently by Morgan Properties and the name is no longer Forest Heights apartments but Gwynnbrook Townhomes. I say hats off to the management team and employees at the rental office who are always happy to take your calls and get to work right away on your requests.
