Gwynn Oaks Landing, formerly known as Town and Country, under the new management of Sawyer Reality. I have been living at this complex for at least 6 years and over those years, only recently have they beautify the out side of the buildings.



The outside looks somewhat nice, with the new trees they have planted but the inside the apartments are terrible. The place is infested with Rats and roaches. You're basically renting with a roommates that does not pay rent an they are non other than very a large rats and if that's not all you deal with rowdy neighbors running up and down steps all hours of the night.



During the winter, the rats are all over, I have called management several times to exterminate them, but they keep coming back. I have been cleaning up after rats daily. The maintenance person told me that the walls are so bad that the rats can come from the apartments below. The management staff doesn't seem to care about you problems, as long they get their money at the end of the month. The state health department needs to pay this complex a visit.



The police are always in the complex to calm domestic disturbances and if that's not all, your car gets hit while parked and no one knows how it happened. Stay away, this place is ghetto trash.
