When I was looking for an apartment complex, Gwynn Oak Landing appeared to be a good deal...low prices and a well-kept exterior. The office staff was friendly and seemed ready to serve their occupants. However, that is where appearances will fool you. From the day of occupancy, I noticed and reported maintenance problems regarding a number of discrepancies. (Water constantly running in the toilet, a dishwasher that is present but doesnt work, and windows that do little to keep out the elements). I have submitted their maintenance requests, visited and phone the office to complain about the problems and their unsatisfactory response only to be summarily ignored. So be wary of low prices becuase you truly get what you pay for.
