Gwynn Oaks Landing

From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/30/2005 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2005   I am living in this apartment from 2003. When I moved in, it was under the management of Town&Country. Then the management changed to Sawyer Gwynn Oak landing. The worst management that i have seen or heard about. If you feel like you are alone then you can move to this apartment. Because it has rats and bugs to accompany. Worst mantainance, kids play in road even during night times. Unsafe for cars. Water leakage and molds in the bathroom. I called management continuously for repair. They will take your work order but never shows up.
