The maintenance here is an absolute joke. Not once had they come out to fix anything that I've asked them to fix despite all their promises.

There is a terrible mouse and roach problem; no matter how clean you keep your apartment, they come in droves. I actually caught 15-20 mice in less than a month by laying out glue traps all over the kitchen---I am NOT exagerrating this. I had to buy a cat to get rid of the mice for good. I was able to keep the roaches somewhat under control with roach bait.

I had to deal with sewage coming out of my toilet and bathtub for days. Emergency maintenance did absolutely nothing. One of the laundry rooms has this same problem, and to this day, there is still dried up sewage (feces, toilet paper, urine, etc.) on the laundry room floor.

I will not be renewing my lease. Never will I lease an apartment through Sawyer Realty again.

i strongly agree with this review. it is obserd of how many mice i have seen this year already. and they are so fast, it makes you think you are watching cartoons because of the flash of how fast the mice are. This is really embarrassing and not to mention that our apartment has been broken into. I really would not recommend anyone to move here. this is not someplace to get your money worth.
