I currently live at this dump and it is the worst ran complex I have lived in a very long time. There are mice in my apt and we are very clean!!! maintence never come out to fix anything, the neighborhood is ghetto, and drug infested. Sawyer doesn't care about anything but the money. I wouldn't suggest living here to my worst enemy!!!! I HATE IT. And there is people always outside, hanging out smoking weed all hours of the night. If you have any kind of class about yourself, this is not the place for you.
