I've lived here for 5 years and if I could afford to move... I'd do it in a heartbeat. The laundry machines never work properly and when they do, residents here could care less if someone else had to do laundry, and they leave their clothes in the machines for as long as they feel like it. The pool staff is childish and rude and often play degrading rap music really loud, talk about sexual situations so that everyone can hear, and curse with no respect to those that don't want to hear it. The rental offices is more than happy to increase your rent from $27.00-$41.00 every year without upgrading your apartment... but will remodel the rental office itself to look like a high class model agency. Windows on the outside are NEVER cleaned, the walls inside have been painted over so many times that your pictures won't stay hung. The water seems to be shut off every month due to the "county" needing to fix something and anyone can jump on the A.C. units next to the patio and reach the 2nd floor balcony to climb over and break in. If you choose this place... you will be sorry you ever did.
